Personal Philosophy of Birth: I believe that every woman has the right to the birth she desires. There are too many unnecessary medical stepping stones a woman must cross. In order for a woman to have a pleasant birth experience, she must be surrounded by people who will love and advocate for her through out her pregnancy and childbirth. |
Qualifications: Certified through "A Child Is Born" and CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association). I am the mother of 3 wonderful children. |
Fees: My fee is $500. This can be paid in payments starting at the time I start working with you, but must be paid in full by the time of the birth. |
My Services: As your doula I will provide the following: * 2 prenatal visits * On call 24 hrs a day beginning 2 weeks before the estimated due date. * Attend your birth * Provide you with notes (birth story) from my observations. * Assistance with initaial breastfeeding * 2 Postpartum visits |
